Tattinger De Blanc

The colour is a pale straw yellow with exceptionally fine bubbles forming an abundant and delicate mousse. The complex nose is reminiscent of a mixture of flinty aromas and toast, followed by subtle notes of brioche and vanilla. The first impression on the palate is fresh and smooth, followed by a refined mid-palate with dominant mellow, creamy, fruity flavours of pink grapefruit and white peach. The long, rich finish is balanced and harmonious.
